The Monterra apartment complex has secured electricity supply, and in the event of a power outage, alternative generator supply is provided for the basic functioning of the complex. Each apartment has its own separate electricity metering point as well as a separate water consumption meter.

The apartments are accessible via two elevators or the staircase, and unlocking with key cards and state-of-the-art locks guarantees absolute security, where not even the elevator can be operated without a key card.

In the BAUMIT FACADE OF THE YEAR competition, organized by one of the most successful brands in the production of building materials, Monterra concept Termag is the winner by public choice. In addition to the façade walls insulated with ROCKWOOL stone wool and built with 25 cm thick thermo blocks, the finishing façade was done using a combination of BAUMIT decorative plaster and a ventilated façade with the use of Trespa Meteon panels and painted steel sheet in a rhomboid tile-slate variant. On one side of the building, a decorative gabion façade was also installed. The entrance doors to the apartments are fire-resistant with wooden paneling. They are equipped with locks with an electric strike for a card access system. Room and bathroom doors are made of wood, integrated into the overall interior design of the space, with HAFELE fittings. The floor is covered with multi-layer oak parquet, first-class, 14 mm thick, from a renowned manufacturer. The building uses rectified ceramics from renowned Spanish and Italian manufacturers Porcelanosa and Keope. Sanitary fixtures in the building are from European premium manufacturers Villeroy&Boch and Grohe.
