The Monterra concept Termag apartment complex is located on the Olympic mountain of Jahorina, only 30 km from Sarajevo International Airport or a 40-minute pleasant drive. Located on the main road that runs through the ski center, Monterra is only 250m from the first piste, Novak Đoković, and only 200m from the Hotel Termag and the Poljice piste.

APARTMENT RENT

Basic suite

Luxury apartments STANDARD are ideal for two people who want comfort and separate living room and bedroom, but also for a family of four or friends. Standard apartments have an area of about 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people (2+2). They consist of a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes and all necessary utensils.

In the separate bedroom there is a double bed, while in a certain number of apartments there is also an auxiliary "single" bed. The apartments have a bathroom with a shower cabin. A number of apartments have a fireplace. The apartments have access to the terrace and offer a view of the street and the forest part of the mountain valley.

Grand apartments have an area of about 65 m² and can accommodate 6 people. They consist of a spacious living room with a corner sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes and all necessary utensils. There is a double bed in two separate bedrooms, while a certain number in one bedroom have an additional single bed. The apartments have a bathroom with a shower cabin, a certain number have two bathrooms. The apartments have a fireplace. The apartments have access to the terrace with a view of the forest.

Luxurious Grand apartments exude complete comfort. French beds in two rooms and a pull-out bed in the living room, as well as other furniture, were made to special order and design, in order to provide comfort and make your stay unforgettable.

Eco Friendly

All business units of the Termag company use biomass for heating, as an energy source that emits the least harmful gases. The use of smart and sustainable insulation materials, natural materials and LED lighting contribute to the saving of electricity. During the construction of the Monterra complex, we use products from companies such as Rehau, a company that is a member of the "50 Sustainability & climate leaders" that plans to increase the percentage of recycled materials in production by 15% by 2025, which will reduce CO2 emissions by 30%.
