The Monterra concept Termag apartment complex is located on the Olympic mountain of Jahorina, only 30 km from Sarajevo International Airport or a 40-minute pleasant drive.

Located on the main road that runs through the ski center, Monterra is only 250m from the first piste, Novak Đoković, and only 200m from the Hotel Termag and the Poljice piste. Excellently positioned and at an altitude of 1,550 m above sea level, Monterra concept Termag is a real oasis of healthy space.

STANDARD SUITE

Luxury STANDARD apartments are ideal for two people who want comfort and separate living and sleeping areas, but also suitable for a family of four or friends. Standard apartments have an area of about 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people (2+2). They consist of a living room with a pull-out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, and all necessary utensils. The separate bedroom has a double bed, and a certain number of apartments also include an additional single bed. The apartments have a bathroom with a shower cabin. Some of the apartments feature a fireplace. The apartments have access to a terrace and offer views of the street and the forested part of the mountain valley.

The luxury Studio apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a part of the bedroom, a dining area, and a bathroom. It is ideal for two people, with the possibility of accommodating two more people, children. The living and bedroom are separated by a TV partition cabinet. Studio apartments have an area of approximately 42 m² and a capacity of 2+2 people. The living room has a pull-out sofa, the bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a certain number of apartments also have a sofa in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, and all necessary equipment. The apartments have a bathroom with a shower cabin. French beds in two bedrooms and a pull-out bed in the living room, as well as other furniture, are custom-made and designed to provide comfort and make your stay unforgettable. The Grand apartments have an area of about 65 m² and a capacity for 6 people. They consist of a spacious living room with a corner sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, and all necessary utensils. The separate two bedrooms feature a double bed, while a number of single-bedroom apartments also have an additional single bed. The apartments have a bathroom with a shower cabin, and some feature two bathrooms. The apartments include a fireplace. They also have access to a terrace with a view of the forested area.

The Grand + apartment has an area of 80m² and a capacity for 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped (with a flat cooking surface, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and other necessary utensils). The apartment has two separate rooms with double beds. The view from the apartment is of the mountains. The apartments have a bathroom with a shower cabin. The ski storage belonging to the apartments is on the lower floor, and the apartment provides Wi-Fi, TV, as well as towels, bed linens, and central underfloor heating for guests.
